Describing the shipment
The bar across the top takes the essentials: FROM, TO, PICKUP, SHIPMENT and MODE. The round button between From and To swaps them.
Mode is Auto, Parcel, LTL or TL. Auto quotes every mode a carrier offers, which is usually what you want - choosing a specific mode means carriers who do not offer it are not asked.
More options opens three tabs:

The count on each tab tells you how much is set, and a tab turns red when something inside it is wrong.
Choosing carriers
Under Schedule & carriers, Carrier selection offers:
- My selected carriers - the ones you pick. Leave it empty to ask every carrier configured for the project.
- Carriers in my region - by region.
- Top N carriers - the first few.
Include inactive carriers brings in carriers otherwise skipped.
Services and equipment
Special services covers the accessorials a carrier should price in - liftgate, residential, inside delivery, appointment, expedited and so on. Special equipment covers temperature control, hazardous materials, oversize and team drivers; ticking one opens its details.
Then Get rates.
Reading the results
Four numbers summarise the run: Lowest total, Fastest transit, Carriers quoted and Carriers failed.
Sort with Cheapest, Fastest or Best value - best value being the cheapest quote that is no more than a day slower than the fastest.
Filters down the left narrow by carrier, price, transit time, deliver-by date, special services and rate quality. Live quotes only hides estimates.
Cards are badged Selected, Cheapest, Fastest or Best value. An Estimate badge means the carrier did not return a firm price, and Transit not stated means no transit time came back.
Table view shows the same quotes as rows - carrier, status, service, mode, total, how it compares with the cheapest, transit and detail. Distance and latency are available from the Columns control.
What each carrier's status means

Keeping a quote
Save on any card puts it in Saved Quotes, with a label and a note, visible either to your project or to the whole domain.
N charges opens the charge breakdown, and JSON shows exactly what the carrier returned - useful when a price is queried.
Rating many lanes at once
Download template gets the workbook; Bulk Rate Quote uploads it. The upload loads the lanes for review without calling any carrier, so you can check them first, then Rate all or rate them one at a time.
A spreadsheet lane becomes a separate run with its own History entry. Its quotes appear there rather than in the results panel on this screen.
If nothing comes back
- No carriers were queried means no carrier was mapped to an integration. That mapping is a super administrator's job - pass it on rather than changing Configuration.
- Still running - showing the results received so far means the run passed 90 seconds. It continues; open it from History for the full picture.
