Transaction Analysis

Every line, with what it was worth and what it cost in duty and tax.

Narrowing the list

Filter by Source country, HTS code and a date range, then Apply filters. The search box takes a GID, an HTS code or part of an item description. Applied filters show as chips so you can see what is in force.

The counts line tells you how many lines are shown, and flags N high-risk (>30% rate) when any are - those rows carry a warning marker.

The columns

Transaction and line GIDs, item id, name and description, date, country of origin, source and destination, mode, HTS code, product class, transaction value, duty, tax, total impact, incoterm and programme. Most sort.

The footer totals Transaction Value, duty, tax and impact across the lines in view.

Drilling into a line

Expanding a row gives three panels - Transaction details, Fees & taxes and Impact summary - then Duty breakdown for that HTS code, showing each duty that applies, its rate and what it came to. That is where a surprising number is explained.

Exporting

Export Excel and Export CSV take the filtered set. Ticking rows adds Export selected for just those.

The screen works over the most recent 1,000 lines

Filtering, paging, the totals and the high-risk count all describe that slice rather than the whole campaign. Narrow by date or country to bring older lines into view.
