Onboarding Builder
Design the form a partner type is onboarded against - what you need to capture, grouped the way you want to ask for it.
Creating a template
New Template, then:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Form Name | e.g. Carrier Standard Form |
| For Partner Type | Carrier, Supplier or Customer |
| Show Documentation | Whether the documents table appears on the form |
Adding fields
Add Field opens Field Configuration:
- Label - what the user sees. The field's id is generated from it.
- Type - Text, Number, Date, Dropdown, Checkbox or Email.
- Section - an optional grouping. Fields sharing a section are shown
together under that heading, so
Connection Detailskeeps the technical questions apart from the commercial ones. - Options - for a dropdown, typed one at a time.
The field list shows Label, Field ID, Type and Section, and Move Up and Move Down set the order they appear in.
Two fields cannot share an id - if you get Duplicate ID, reword the label.
Then Save Template.
Editing a template
Edit on a saved template loads it back into the builder, where Save Template becomes Update Template.
Templates are per partner type
A template built for Carrier is offered only on the Carrier tracker. To onboard all three types you need three templates.
