A live overview of rate uploads, processing and pipeline health. This is the landing screen after sign-in.
What's on it
| Counter | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Files | Every upload in the selected period |
| Pending Action | Uploads waiting on a step - split into validate, approve and process |
| Completed | Uploads that loaded into OTM |
| Failed | Uploads that failed |
| Rejected | Split into validation and approval rejections |
Below the counters:
- Status distribution - where your uploads currently sit.
- Upload trends - volume over the last 7 days, 30 days, 12 months or a custom range.
- A searchable list of uploads - the same rows as Upload Manager, for a quick look.
Everything is scoped to the project and customer selected in the globe picker at the top right. See Getting Started.
Using it day to day
Pending Action is the number that matters most - those are uploads waiting on a step, and the approve part of it is waiting on a person. Approvers should start there.
A rising Failed count usually points at one cause rather than many; open a couple and compare the reasons before working through the rest. See Troubleshooting.

Counters are a summary. To act on an upload - approve, inspect, or read a failure reason - go to Upload Manager.
