GoRate Setting
Project-level configuration, opened from Settings in the GoRate menu. One set of values applies to every upload in the selected project.
Admins can edit this page; everyone else sees it read-only. The badge at the top right says which you are.
OTM adapter and threshold

Both are required. Until they are set, the page shows OTM adapter not configured and uploads cannot complete. See Validation.
When uploads load into OTM

The last three appear only when the upload type is Business Hours.
How business hours work
- An upload is approved inside the window. Instead of loading, it goes to Staged, and its tracker shows it as Held.
- At the Execution Time, every held upload is released together.
- They then load into OTM one after another, as any queue of uploads does. See Publishing to OTM.
An upload approved outside the window loads straight away.
Execute Now on a Staged row in Upload Manager runs it immediately, without waiting for the execution time. Cancel drops it.
Rules the page enforces
- To must be after From.
- Execution Time must be outside the window - at or after To, or before From. A time inside it would release uploads into the next day's business hours.
- The execution time starts at the window's close (To), which is when held uploads were released before the field existed.
If a release fails, the upload returns to Staged with a note in its history. Use Execute Now to run it.
If the adapter is missing or wrong
An upload will still be accepted and will still pass the browser-side checks, but it cannot complete:
- validation against OTM cannot run, and
- nothing can be loaded.
If uploads are reaching Validated and then failing, or every record is flagged as unverifiable, the adapter is the first thing to check.
