Everything on this screen belongs to the BI tool - the charts, the filters and any export it offers are its own, not the platform's.

Three things called analytics

Easy to confuse, so worth stating plainly:

If the panel is blank

There is no loading spinner and no error message on this screen. A blank panel usually means one of:

• You are not signed in to the BI tool. It authenticates separately.
• The BI host cannot be reached.
• It is refusing to be embedded.

Refresh the page first; if it stays blank, it is one for your administrator rather than something to fix here.
