OTM Master Data

Opened from OTM Master Data in the GoRate menu. GoRate keeps a copy of OTM's domains, carriers, lanes and equipment, and pre-validation in Data Upload checks each file against that copy. A carrier created in OTM after the last sync is flagged as Carrier SCAC not found in OTM master until the copy is refreshed.

The page has three tabs - Sync, Browse and Activity - and a header showing when the copy was last updated, a Refresh button and the OTM adapter the data comes from. The adapter marked synced is the one the current copy was pulled from.

Sync

The counters at the top show the records pulled, how many datasets are healthy, how many failed and how many were never synced. Below them is one row per dataset:

Domains	The OTM domains - pulled first, it fills the domain picker
Carriers	Service providers and their SCACs
Lanes	Locations, regions and lanes
Equipment	Equipment groups

Each row shows its record count, the last sync and its result, and a status: healthy, stale, failed or never synced.

Action	What it does
Initial Sync	Pulls a dataset that was never synced
Refresh	Pulls what changed in OTM since the last sync
Expand the row	One line per domain, each with its own Refresh
Run Full Setup	Pulls Domains, then every other dataset at once
Clear All	Deletes every synced dataset

Keep the adapter

Syncing from a different adapter clears everything pulled from the current one - every dataset goes back to never synced. Refresh from the adapter marked synced unless the project has really moved to another OTM.

When a carrier is missing

1. In Data Upload, click Save Draft so the work is kept.
2. Here, click Refresh on the Carriers row and wait until its status is healthy and its last sync is now.
3. Reload the browser page - Data Upload keeps the carrier list it read until the page is reloaded.
4. In Data Upload, click Resume on the draft, then Re-validate.

If the carrier does not exist in OTM, create it there first - a sync cannot copy what OTM does not have.

Domains

The picker on the tab row scopes the page to one domain or to All domains. Choose which domains are offered hides domains the project does not use: a hidden domain's data is cleared, later syncs skip it, and its carriers are not offered to validation.

Browse

The copy itself, one dataset at a time - Carriers, Locations, Regions, Equipment and Lanes - with a filter for each column. Use it to confirm a carrier or location is in the copy before re-validating a file.

Activity

Every sync run: when it started, the dataset, the domain, the mode (initial or refresh) and how it ended.
