Configurations
The parameters the migration engine runs with, for the project you have selected.
The list

All of them sort and filter, and Type and Description can be hidden from the columns control.
Changing a value
Click a Value cell and type. Enter saves it, Esc cancels, and clicking away also saves. A confirmation appears when it is stored.
Only Value is editable - the name, type and description come from the engine and are fixed.
If the screen is empty
No project selected means exactly that - pick one from the top bar. Otherwise the parameters could not be loaded; Refresh is worth a try before raising it.
