Which carriers this project quotes against, from those a super administrator has mapped to an integration. A carrier that is not mapped cannot be chosen here.

Results
- Show estimated rates - whether quotes that are not firm prices appear.
- Results open as - cards or table.
- Default sort - cheapest, fastest, best value or carrier name.
- Rate selected by default - which quote is pre-selected. Anyone can still pick another.
- Saved quotes visible to - this project, or the whole domain.
Save with Save configuration; Discard changes puts it back.
Defaults apply to a fresh form only
A form opened by repeating a run or from a saved quote keeps that shipment's own values. And if someone has switched between card and table view themselves, their choice wins over the default.
