Reports
What rate shopping has been telling you over a period - which carriers answer, which are cheapest, and where the money would go.
These are quoted amounts, not spend
Everything here is what carriers offered and what was chosen. It is not what was actually paid, and it is not an invoice reconciliation.
Choosing the period
Period offers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 1 year, or your own From and To. Thirty days is the default.
The numbers
| Card | Means |
|---|---|
| Rate shop runs | Runs in the period, and how many got a quote |
| At the cheapest quote | What these shipments would have cost at the lowest quote |
| At the selected rate | What the chosen rates came to, and how far above the cheapest |
| Carrier response rate | How often carriers answered at all |
The sections
- Runs over time - volume, failures and the two cost lines together.
- Carrier performance - per carrier: asked, answered, how often cheapest, how often chosen, average quote and transit, and latency.
- Lanes - the lanes you rate most, with average and best prices seen.
- Why carriers didn't quote - the reasons, counted, with an example message each. Call failed, Timed out, Skipped or No rate for this lane.
That last section is the most actionable on the page. A carrier timing out repeatedly is a different conversation from one that simply does not serve the lane.
If more than one currency appears in the window, a banner says so - those quotes are counted but left out of the money totals.
