Selected Rates
The decision log. For every run where a rate was chosen: which one, and what it cost against the cheapest available.
The list
Run Id, Rated, Lane, Selected carrier, Service, Selected rate, vs cheapest, Transit and Sent to OTM.
vs cheapest reads cheapest in green when the cheapest was taken, or +$X in amber when it was not - which is the number that gets asked about, and usually has a good answer in the transit column beside it.
This screen loads the latest 200 rows and filters within them, so older decisions will not appear. Use History to reach those runs.
Sending a rate to OTM
Select one row and Send to OTM.

Success shows the transmission id and OTM's response. Sent to OTM on the row then shows the status.
If a run was already sent, the button becomes Send again and warns you. Nothing stops a second publish.
No OTM integration available means the project has no active integration with a SYNC interface type. That is set up in Integrations.
