Shipment detail
Everything known about one shipment. You get here by clicking a row on Shipments, a pin on Map View, or a recent shipment on the Dashboard. ← Back to shipments returns you to the list.
The header
The shipment ID, its Status and Mode, and a summary line: Carrier, ETA, Weight, Cost. Refresh re-reads the shipment.
Progress
A timeline of the ten stages a shipment moves through - Created, Tendered, Accepted, Scheduled, Picked up, In transit, At hub, Out for delivery, Delivered, Closed - with the ones reached so far marked. It is the quickest way to see how far along something is without reading the event list.
Tabs
Tracking
Tracking events in order: what happened, where, and when. An event with no type of its own reads Status Update. A shipment that has not moved yet shows No tracking events yet.
Map
Route map showing origin, destination and - while the shipment is moving - its current position. Some routes cannot be drawn, in which case the tab reads Map coordinates not available for this route; the tracking events still tell you where it is.
Documents
Every document attached to this shipment. If there are none, No documents for this shipment. The Documents screen searches across all shipments at once.
Invoices
Invoices raised against this shipment, each with the item, the route, the actual amount, the planned amount, and the variance between them - or ✓ Match where they agree. View all opens the full Invoices screen.
Legs
For a multi-leg movement, one card per leg: the leg number, its mode, its status, and the From and To points with the carrier between them.
Actions
Operational actions on the shipment:

| Hold | Stops the shipment progressing |
| Release | Lifts a hold |
| Retender | Offers it to a carrier again |
| Cancel | Cancels the shipment |
A confirmation appears naming the action and the shipment. Actions are sent to OTM, so allow a moment and use Refresh to see the new status.
Cancel is final as far as Control Tower is concerned - reinstating a cancelled shipment is done in OTM.
